Combo:










As you see above, Activate Magical Hats and select 2 Geartown from your deck and special summon them. They will be destroy at the end of your turn if your opponent have not attack them. That will trigger both Geartown effect's and you can special summon 2 Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon from your Deck, Hand Or Graveyard, then you can overlay them.

As above, Galaxy Wizard can change Rank from 4 to 8 Once per turn, after you change its rank, You can activate Galaxy Expedition Effect to summon a Rank5 or higher Photon or Galaxy Monster from your deck.
